1st Triathlon Training Program:
1st
Triathlon is a group training program geared for the true beginner to novice
athlete. Don’t get us wrong however, our Coaches are top level trainers and
athletes skilled to accommodate the most experienced athlete. There are no
foolish questions at 1st Triathlon, and no need to feel intimidated –
our Coaches are here for you every step of the way. W
e will teach you all you
need to know starting with the basics. By the time you are done with our
program – you will know more
about Triathlon than most seasoned veterans. We will get you to the finish line
– FAST.
Our sessions involve a combination of instruction and workouts, through seminars and practice. You will be given monthly personalized training schedules that will adjust to your progress and focus in on your weaknesses. You can expect to workout at least three – to six times per week. Each workout should take you no longer than 20 minutes to a maximum of 2 hours at the very end of your training cycle.
If you can’t make every intended supervised workout – don’t worry our Coaches are always accessible and will fill you in on what you have missed.
For the TRUE Beginner to Experienced Athlete, Sprint Distance to Ironman Distance and everything in between - We will get you to the Finish Line... Fast!
